Over the course of 3 days of the Future Mind^® business simulator participants build up and operate a company according to the Organisational Excellence model. The products and services developed in the process have to be accepted and purchased by the market. This kind of simulator reproduces real situations in the company and allows participants to experience the dynamics of organizational processes directly.
