Developing and implementing national cluster policy and strategy have been a challenge for cluster stakeholders for over a decade. These processes have significantly intensified in recent years, thanks to the cooperation between the Ukrainian Cluster Alliance and the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine. In the Accelerate GDT project of the Interreg Europe program, partners have entered with clear goals of adopting and implementing the best European practices in Ukraine.
