Overview

In 2022 the “Youth and Industry 4.0” campaign highlighted low youth engagement in manufacturing and a lack of modern reskiling – upskilling programs in Ukraine. The war stopped this campaign, making it even more critical today due to widespread and growing personnel shortages in the country. The poisitve side, UCA today in empowered by the support and experience of EU institutions and partners where the new project Accelerate GDT takes a priority place.

On July 4, UCA will share the Irish cluster ATIM’s successful project experiences, aiming to incorporate these insights into UCA’s proposals for Reskilling – Upskilling programs that are planned to be done on July-August.
