The Ukrainian Cluster Alliance has published new analytical materials on the development of clusters and EDH
The Ukrainian Cluster Alliance presented two new author’s articles by UCA General Director Oleksandr Yurchak on the development of customer-oriented service ecosystems and ensuring the sustainability of international projects. The publications address approaches that help clusters, European digital innovation hubs (EDIH) and other business support organizations to increase the efficiency of their work.
The first article devoted to the principle Customer First As a basis for the activities of service organizations and explains why customer orientation, speed of response and trust are key factors in the successful operation of clusters and EDIH.
The second publication analyzeshow the results of European projects can be converted into long-term services and practices after the completion of funding, in particular on the example of the project idealist.
The materials will be useful for cluster leaders, innovative ecosystem specialists and organizations working on the development of Industry 5.0 and business support.

Podillia Fashion Cluster strengthens SME support and fundraising competencies
Representatives Podillia Fashion Cluster We have joined the UNDP curriculum ‘Access MSP to financial resources: from business ideas to successful fundraising’, aimed at developing competencies in the field of investment attraction and financial support for small and medium-sized businesses. Training takes place within the development of services Edih Clotex-Hub.

Heat and power cluster of Ukraine Continues to actively develop partnerships and participate in the formation of policy in the field of heat supply.
Cluster Vice President Andriy Gevko took part in the VI Conference on Energy Law, where during the panel discussion the development of distributed generation, modernization of heat supply systems, energy stability of communities and necessary legislative changes for the development of the industry were discussed.


At the same time, the cluster signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Intersectoral Association Ukrteplokomunenerho, starting a new stage of interaction between equipment manufacturers, engineering companies, heat supply companies, scientific institutions and authorities.
