Fashion Training Centre: a digital platform for the professional fashion industry

About the Project

The project aims to address the critical shortage of skilled personnel who are proficient in digital tools and innovative production technologies, and who are capable of working effectively in the context of the digital transformation of enterprises in the garment industry.

It addresses the lack of a digital tool (an innovative digital learning management system (LMS) platform), which will provide flexible, barrier-free access to training for representatives of small and medium-sized businesses, students, enterprise employees and vulnerable groups across Ukraine, including in de-occupied and frontline communities, as well as anyone living abroad who wishes to participate.

The expected outcome is the creation of a modern, inclusive and scalable educational infrastructure that will ensure systematic training for light industry enterprises, contribute to the development of regional economies, raise digital literacy levels and become a driving force for the sustainable, ‘green’ and innovative development of Ukraine’s light industry.

Objectives

  • development and implementation of an LMS platform;
  • ensuring accessible and inclusive education;
  • building digital and technical competencies;
  • reducing the workforce shortage in the industry;
  • supporting the development of SMEs and regional economies;
  • promoting sustainable and innovative industry development.
