It was a real marathon of knowledge and networking. And in some places a very accurate matching, which took place right in 10-15 minutes.

It all started with Schools of Personalized Medicine in Sofia, Bulgaria June 5-9 As part of the project PRECISEU. These were speeches by 6-7 speakers every day and discussion of important innovative topics in health care – medical data, digital health, personalized medicine and European innovation policy, cybersecurity.

The first days were devoted to key factors in the introduction of personal medicine, including the development of EHDS and European regulatory regulation (he mentioned our Ufa and Edam Adamov), virtual digital twins, intraoperability data FAIR, management practices research data, as well as ethical, legal and social consequences. Access to the market and financing were considered separately – these issues are similar in Europe and in Ukraine. Separately focused on the venture construction of advanced clinical technologies and road maps for implementation. A special focus on AI – in the development of drugs, the development of genomic therapy, ATMP, digital solutions.

June 10-11 All project partners gathered at General AssemblyTo sum up the 2 years of the PRECISEU project and the opportunities that the project already provides for its participants. And the main thing was discussed and planned how it can strengthen the interaction of the Rivne Interregional Medical Cluster, our members, our other UCA medical clusters and build long-term relations (which I will remind you of 11 European countries). And Ukraine, which is represented by our Rivne cluster, is not a petitioner, but an equal partner who develops cooperation between the EU and Ukraine.

We want to share the progress and highlights of the second year of PRECISEU, presented at our General Assembly in Sofia.

Over the past year, we have moved from building the foundation to accelerating implementation:

Milestones of 2025

• Development of a basic analytical and political framework (health datame, atmps, best practices)
• First Ceremony Recognition of Best Practices
• Two schools of precision medicine, one of which took place in Gothenburg, one in Lithuania.
• The first high-level dialogue in the European Parliament

2026 – Start of implementation

• Expansion of the consortium with 3 new partners
• Launch of open contest PRECISEU
• A pilot project of a political program in Barcelona
• Second high-level event in the European Parliament

During 2025-2026

• Three high-level events agreed with the presidency of the EU Council

From strategy to action, PRECISEU strengthens cooperation between regions and sectors, promoting the spread of precision medicine in Europe.

I look forward to continuing to work with great project colleagues from all over Europe.

And the last two days were a deep immersion in the healthy ecosystemsI’m Bulgaria and not only Spinoff Europe 2026 , with its opportunities to support startups, universities, hospitals, new acquaintances with world networks of investors, startups, business support organizations. What to say – performances were from local producers and scientists. different EU countries – to Turkey, Britain, Chile.

We have good news for the Rivne Interregional Medical Cluster and for the entire cluster community:

1. There are contacts with the European structure, which implements a plan to combat cancer in the EU and the readiness to create a consortium with the participation of Ukrainian members in a joint project on the EU Cancer Mission.
2. PHeat startups who would like to enter the Ukrainian market and are ready to present themselves to our doctors. And we will be able to organize such a meeting soon.
3. Turkish medical technology market and access to patients
4. Services regulation services in the EU. We will agree on the dissemination of such knowledge for Ukrainian startups who want to enter the European market.
5. Access to Health Tech Investor Sammit 2026 in Belgium – where investors, startups, clusters, mentors, all those that drive health care innovations will gather. Contact RMMK.

These are really important meetings and necessary changes that can help our health care systemI am in Ukraine to survive and develop in spite of everything. And we will continue to develop such cooperation and new opportunities for the health of Ukraine in the Rivne Interregional Medical Cluster.
