Build up the Future Generations

It is important to prepare Ukrainian students and people for working in today’s new environment, which is fragmented. This challenge has many elements. KNEU (Kyiv National Economic University), UCA (Ukrainian Cluster Alliance), and ALH (AgileLeanHouse) of Norway and Denmark have taken up leadership and collaboration, education in Agile and Lean, and more. 

We are helping create organizations that generate more value for all stakeholders and are resilient and sustainable workplaces. We claim that this can be achieved based on building trust, people’s freedom, engagement, and taking responsibility. 

We teach people the factual foundation, the structures, methods, and benefits of such a Liberating Organization – sometimes called a Constitutional Organization, where there is freedom under the rule of law and not the law of the ruler.

We have written a book called “Liberating Organizations”, which is currently being translated into Ukrainian for use in education.

We have for 3 years been offering students at KNEU this education; we have written a book about it, and it is being translated into Ukrainian right now. Right now, we are planning to educate businesses directly through UCA.

We are offering collaboration with other Ukrainian institutions so that they can choose to bring these opportunities to their students and staff, perhaps also modernizing their internal operations. We are hoping to train the trainers and have a corps of local Ukrainians available.

We invite you to an online event on 2025-03-14 at 15:00 EET (14:00 CET) where we will present the experiences, what we offer, and a request for participation. The Agenda is:

• What is the leadership and collaboration situation is Ukraine looking into right now?
• And consequently, what are the challenges in the near future?
• The objectives. Benefits of implementing Agile, Lean, and Liberating Organizations
• What is the big picture, the Bird’s eye view of all this? Businesses and institutions are better suited to collaboration, innovation, and more resilience.
• What are the practical programs we have, and are proposing to accomplish this?
