UCA Structure
The structure of UCA is multileveled and includes:
– The Board of the “Ukrainian Cluster Alliance”
– The Executive Directorate
– Resource Centers and Committees
The members of the UCA Board, as elected at the General Meeting in January 2024, include:
– Tetiana Vorontsova (CEO, Rivne Interregional Medical Cluster)
– Olga Shapoval (CEO of Kharkiv IT-cluster”)
– Oleh Demchuk (CEO, Podil Fashion Cluster)
– Anatoliy Dolynnyi (CEO, Kyiv Hightech Cluster)
– Yuriy Klymenko (CEO, Vinnytsia Cluster of Automation and Instrument Engineering)
– Sergiy Oprya (Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Science Cluster “Science Parks of Ukraine”)
– Oleksandr Yurchak (General Director, APPAU)
Oleh Demchuk serves as the Chairman of the UCA Board. Oleksandr Yurchak is the Executive Director of UCA.
The Executive Directorate includes resources for providing service support to clusters including coordination of inter-cluster interaction, organization of joint events, communications, internationalization, and fundraising.
Leaders of Resource Centers and Committees
UCA comprises 5 Resource Centers (RC) and 2 committees. The key mission of the RCs is to consolidate clusters around inter-cluster development programs and projects. The mission of the committees is to formulate joint policies, including proposals for government authorities.
