The Ukrainian Cluster Alliance held a strategic session

On June 26–27, the Ukrainian Cluster Alliance held a strategic session in Truskavets ‘From individual projects to common chains and ecosystems’, which is aboutIt united representatives of 15 clusters, heads of resource centers, project managers and experts to form a common vision for the development of inter-cluster cooperation until 2030.

For two days, participants worked to identify priority sectors and critical value chains, map opportunities for cross-sectoral cooperation, form teams for joint projects and develop mechanisms for coordination between clusters. Particular attention was paid to the development of UCA resource centers, integration of Ukrainian clusters into European industrial ecosystems and finding models for financing future initiatives.

During the strategic session, the formation of a portfolio of inter-cluster projects, which have the potential for implementation at the regional and national levels, was started. Participants also worked on the Roadmap for the development of the Ukrainian Cluster Alliance, project concepts and mechanisms for long-term cooperation between clusters. The final stage was the presentation of the developed concepts and the signing of the Declaration of Interclusion Cooperation for Restoration and Sustainability.

On June 30, the Ukrainian Cluster Alliance together with its partners held a conference in Lviv ‘Clusters and Regional Development: From Local Practices to National Policy’, which has become a platform for dialogue between representatives of central authorities, regional military administrations, local governments, regional development agencies, business clusters, international partners and the expert community.

The main topic of the conference was the role of clusters as a tool for economic development of communities, regions and the state. Participants discussed the formation of modern cluster policy of Ukraine, regional programs to support clusters, new models of cooperation between government, business and science, as well as the best Ukrainian and European practices of cluster ecosystems.

The conference became an important step in the development of cooperation between the regions of Ukraine. Representatives of communities, clusters and development institutions discussed the possibilities of scaling successful practices, creating new partnerships and forming common approaches to the implementation of state and regional cluster policy.

The Ukrainian Cluster Alliance thanks all partners, speakers and participants for their meaningful discussion and joint work. We are convinced that the decisions developed during the conference will promote the development of strong regional clusters, the economic recovery of Ukraine and its integration into European innovation ecosystems.

Kharkiv IT Cluster expands international cooperation and invests in the development of Ukraine’s technological ecosystem

Kharkiv IT Cluster He continues to actively develop the Ukrainian technological ecosystem through international partnership, human capital support and social initiatives. Representatives of the cluster participated in Ukraine Recovery Conference 2026 In Gdansk, where, together with representatives of more than 100 countries, the issues of economic recovery of Ukraine, digital transformation, development of artificial intelligence, investment attraction and international cooperation were discussed.

The cluster pays special attention to the development of human capital. During International Economic Forum In Lviv, Kharkiv IT Cluster together with SoftServe, Zone3000 and Raccoon Gang organized a discussion on the impact of artificial intelligence on business, education and the labor market.

At the same time, the Charitable Foundation IT4Life, created by Kharkiv IT Cluster, received 2nd place in the All-Ukrainian competition ‘Golden Chart 2026’ in the nomination ‘Volunteer Initiative of the Year’. During the last year, the Foundation has supported hospitals, schools, communities andobjects of critical infrastructure of Kharkiv region, providing them with the necessary equipment and machinery. The award became a recognition of the systematic work of the community and its contribution to support the region during the war.


Lviv Medical Business Cluster expands international partnerships and shares experience in cluster development

Lviv Cluster of Medical Business continues to actively develop international cooperation and participate in the formation of a strong cluster ecosystem of Ukraine. Representatives of the cluster held a meeting with a Finnish company DOKPORT, during which they discussed the prospects for the development of digital medicine, telemedicine and future Ukrainian-Finnish partnerships. The meeting was attended by representatives of medical institutions – members of the cluster, who also had the opportunity to establish new professional contacts.

At the same time, the executive director of the cluster presented the experience of the Lviv medical business cluster at a regional seminar in Chernivtsi, devoted to the role of clusters in sustainable regional development. The participants of the event got acquainted with the practices of medical tourism development, in particular the platform Checkup Lviv, as well as with projects in the field of medical technologies, which the cluster implements together with the National University ‘Lviv Polytechnic’. The cluster continues to work to strengthen cooperation between business, science, government and international partners, creating new opportunities for the development of the medical industry of Ukraine.


Ivano-Frankivsk IT Cluster expands cooperation with Slovakia

Ivano-Frankivsk IT Cluster took part in the Ukrainian-Slovak business mission, which took place in Ivano-Frankivsk and theunited representatives of state institutions, international organizations and business of Ukraine and the Slovak Republic. During the B2B meetings, the Cluster Executive Director Iryna Darvai presented the potential and competencies of companies participating in the IF IT Cluster to Slovak partners, and also held talks on the development of further cooperation.


Prykarpattia Industrial Cluster shared the experience of the development of the cluster ecosystem at the seminar in Chernivtsi

Representatives Precarpathian industrial cluster took part in the regional seminar ‘Clustering the economy as a tool for sustainable regional development, economic recovery and competitiveness of Chernivtsi region.’ During the discussion panel, the Chairman of the Board of the Cluster Natalia Zakharova presented practical experience in the creation and development of an industrial cluster, whichIt unites business, education, government and international partners to increase the competitiveness of Ukrainian industry.

Participants discussed the role of trust and cooperation between enterprises in the formation of effective clusters, the development of local value chains, the introduction of modern technologies and access to new markets. Particular attention was paid to the development of human capital through cooperation with universities and vocational education institutions.

July 7 Webinar ‘Digitalization, Sustainable Development and Export to the EU: New Requirements and Opportunities for the Textile Industry of Kyiv Region’
