Cluster PM Excellence Program Curriculum
The training cycle completed successfully Cluster PM Excellence Program, aimed at developing the competencies of cluster managers in the field of project management and strengthening the capacity of cluster organizations. The program has become a platform for the systematization of knowledge, exchange of practical experience and development of approaches necessary for the preparation and implementation of high-quality cluster and inter-cluster projects.
One of the important conclusions of the program was the transition from traditional logic Project Pipeline to Collective Action Pipeline: First, a common problem or opportunity, building a team, trust and a common vision – and only then a specific project and the search for funding. At the heart of this approach is the ability of working groups to create collective value and systematically turn common interests into practical results.
This topic is dedicated to the new article, prepared as a result of training: Why it is important for clusters to move from Project Pipeline to Collective Action Pipeline and be guided by the principle of ‘first team then project’.

The Heat and Energy Cluster of Ukraine develops professional connections and gets acquainted with the production potential of participants
Participants Thermal power cluster of Ukraine made a company visiting the plant Widzew in Nikolaev, which specializes in the production of metal structures, solid fuel boilers and furnaces and other metal products. During the visit, the representatives of the cluster got acquainted with the production processes and new developments of the enterprise, including modular boilers, cap and pyrolysis furnaces and household boilers of variable power. They also discussed the prospects of the company’s development and the release of its products into European markets.
An important part of the meeting was the strengthening of the internal connections of the cluster community. After the production visit, the participants joined the informal program with their families, which created additional space for communication and building trust.
The combination of professional exchange, openness and strong horizontal connections between participants forms the basis for new partnerships and joint industry projects.
Podillia Fashion Cluster strengthens the development of light industry through partnerships, digitalization and industry cooperation
Podillia Fashion Cluster Continues systematic work on the development of the modern ecosystem of light industry in Khmelnytsky region.
