The Clusters4Defense program invites Partners from different categories of Dual-Use and MilTech market participants to support joint initiatives and projects. Together, we can significantly strengthen the mobilization and integration processes of Ukrainian and Euro-Atlantic clusters and their participants, creating unified chains, networks and ecosystems.

Together, this means strengthening the defense capabilities of Ukraine and the eastern borders of the EU.
That is why we are launching pilot projects that will help lay the foundation for a joint Euro-Ukrainian defense industrial ecosystem.
