Ukrainian Cluster Alliance presents a practical guide ‘How to create effective working groups in clusters’ — instructions for leaders and members of working groups, which help to go from an idea to a formed team and a stable work rhythm.
The guide is based on the principle ‘first the team – then a specific project plan’. The methodology offers six sequential stages of creating a working group and checkpoints that allow you to identify weaknesses and understand whether the team is ready to move forward before the implementation starts.
In the guide you will find practical recommendations on:

- building trust and distributing roles;
- transition from team to project planning;
- organizing work in short cycles;

The guide was prepared within the framework of Clusters4Regions — initiatives to create and implement cluster programs in six regions of Ukraine, implemented by the Ukrainian Cluster Alliance at the request of the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine with the support of the Swiss-Ukrainian project UCORD.
