In June-August 2026, the Ukrainian cluster alliance within Clusters4regions and with the support of the Swiss-Ukrainian project ucord Implemented the training program Clusters PM Excellence. The program combined training sessions, consultations, coaching and practical work of participants with real working groups.

The main result was not only the completion of training 28 participants, but also start working groups. The program became a practical step towards the transition from traditional project-grant logic to Models of collective action, where in the center – trust, distributed responsibility, strong team and the ability to regularly create value.

The report presents Program results, key conclusions of participants and coaches, experience of launching working groups, new role of Cluster Pilot, as well as the next steps for the development of this model in the Ukrainian cluster ecosystem.

Clusters4Regions is an initiative aimed at designing and implementing cluster programs in six regions of Ukraine (Vinnytsia, Volyn, Sumy, Odesa, Khmelnytskyi, and Ternopil regions). The initiative is implemented by the Ukrainian Cluster Alliance at the request of the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine, with the support of the Swiss-Ukrainian project “Ukraine`s Cohesion and Regional Development” UCORD, and is aligned with EU priorities, international donor frameworks, and Ukraine’s recovery agenda.
