EDIH Kyiv Hitech and Ukrainian Cluster Alliance present a new White Book ‘MES/MOM: Real-Time Production Management’ – practical material for the heads of Ukrainian industrial enterprises, which seek to increase the manageability of production, data quality and speed of reaction to deviations.

Ukrainian companies are increasingly looking for solutions for real-time production, plan-fact, downtime control, e-commerce journals and reliable KPIs. 

The White Book explains the role of MES/MOM in the digital architecture of the manufacturing enterprise. ERP is responsible for resource planning and business accounting, SCADA and AUTP – for the technological process, IIoT – for access to industrial data, while MES / MOM creates an operating circuit around the actual execution of the production order.
