The program combined training sessions, consultations, coaching and practical work of participants with real working groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The main result was not only the completion of training <strong>28 participants<\/strong>, but also start <strong>working groups<\/strong>. The program became a practical step towards the transition from traditional project-grant logic to <strong>Models of collective action<\/strong>, where in the center &#8211; trust, distributed responsibility, strong team and the ability to regularly create value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The report presents <strong>Program results, key conclusions of participants and coaches, experience of launching working groups, new role of Cluster Pilot<\/strong>, as well as the next steps for the development of this model in the Ukrainian cluster ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Complete the form below to download the file<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p><script src=\"\/\/web.webformscr.com\/apps\/fc3\/build\/loader.js\" async sp-form-id=\"541a21b03d389939b5204052e2f2612e90692596474499ac9458be046c02c2af\"><\/script><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Clusters4Regions is an initiative aimed at designing and implementing cluster programs in six regions of Ukraine (Vinnytsia, Volyn, Sumy, Odesa, Khmelnytskyi, and Ternopil regions).
