At the same time, Ukraine already has strong scientific and engineering expertise and some exporters, but it remains largely dependent on imports of materials and technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Ukrainian Cluster Alliance has prepared an analytical report titled \u201cLightweight (Composite) Materials in Ukraine\u201d as part of the Lightweight-EU (Interreg Europe) project.
