ERP is responsible for resource planning and business accounting, SCADA and AUTP &#8211; for the technological process, IIoT &#8211; for access to industrial data, while MES \/ MOM creates an operating circuit around the actual execution of the production order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The document examines six groups of practical tasks:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>execution of production orders;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dispatching and response to deviations;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>collection of actual data and production KPIs; I<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bone and traceability;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>staff support and digital instructions;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Materials and work in progress.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A separate block is dedicated to the Ukrainian experience.
