The delegation of the Ukrainian Cluster Alliance participated <strong>Alexander Yurchak<\/strong>, seo uka, ta <strong>Vladislav Kondus<\/strong>, SEO of Sumy Cluster of Energy Engineering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The meeting took place within <strong>4th Smart Industry Mission of the Ukrainian Stakeholders to the Czech Republic<\/strong>, organized by the Agency <strong>Czechinno<\/strong> with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic. Its purpose is to develop the Czech-Ukrainian industrial cooperation and prepare joint projects for the restoration and modernization of Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The working meeting in Prague was organized by the <strong>WITKOWITZ <\/strong>group, one of the leading industrial holdings in the Czech Republic and a long-term partner of Ukrainian scientific and industrial organizations. The preparation of the event was coordinated by Bronislav Kulikov, Special Representative of the WITKOWITZ Group for Strategic Cooperation, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of WITKOWITZ Atomica A.S. and head of TRIUMPH Alliance. It was thanks to his many years of work that a number of Ukrainian-Czech partnerships in the fields of energy, industry, science and innovation were formed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The meeting was attended by representatives of leading Czech industrial companies and institutions, including WITKOWITZ , Sigma Group, \u0160KODA JS, Doosan \u0160koda Power, Witkowitz Atomica and other partners of the ecosystem Triumph Alliance. This provided the negotiations not only with expert but also in practical dimension, as companies that are already implementing large-scale projects in energy, mechanical engineering and critical infrastructure were presented at the table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants paid special attention to the development of the Czech-Ukrainian platform CESTA-SYNERGOATOM, which unites industrial enterprises, universities and research institutions of the two countries around projects in the fields of nuclear energy, energy engineering, critical infrastructure and new ones technologies. Sumy Machine-Building Cluster of Power Equipment is one of the participants of the Platform and takes an active part in its development since its inception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>From reconstruction to modernization<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The participants discussed the transition from individual initiatives to the formation of long-term industrial partnerships between Ukraine and the Czech Republic. Main areas of cooperation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>restoration and increase of critical infrastructure stability;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>power engineering;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nuclear energy;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>industrial cooperation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>technological integration of Ukrainian and Czech companies;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>involvement of clusters in the implementation of large infrastructure projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Particular attention was paid to the creation of international consortia capable ofto unite the industrial potential of both countries for the implementation of comprehensive projects for the restoration and modernization of energy infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the practical areas discussed during the meeting was the project of reconstruction, modernization and physical protection of Chernihiv CHP. Its implementation is considered as one of the first examples of the W-FORTEX International Consortium, created to support projects to restore and increase the resilience of Ukraine&#8217;s critical infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sumy Cluster joins Triumph Alliance<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the main results of the meeting was <strong>The official connection of the Sumy Machine-Building Cluster of Power Equipment to the International TRIUMPH Alliance<\/strong>, created on the initiative of the group <strong>WITKOWITZ<\/strong>. The relevant accession act was signed during the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This step opens up new opportunities for Ukrainian manufacturers to participate in international projects in the fields of energy, mechanical engineering, critical infrastructure and high technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Energy and new technologies<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A separate block of negotiations concerned the development of nuclear energy and prospects for the use of small modular reactors (SMR). The Czech side presented its own developments in this area, as well as the concept of the Ukrainian-Czech project MRIA-SMPWR, which provides for the development of a national platform for small modular reactors with the participation of industrial and scientific partners of both countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leading Ukrainian scientific institutions, including the Institute of Nuclear Research of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, the Institute of Safety Problems of NAS of Ukraine, the National Research Center &#8216;Kharkiv Institute of Physics and Technology&#8217;, Sumy State University, and Also universities and branch organizations of Ukraine and the Czech Republic. This format of cooperation allows you to combine scientific competencies, industrial experience and international partnerships for the implementation of complex technological projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Clusters as the basis of a long-term partnership<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>During the meeting, Oleksandr Yurchak stressed that the cluster model can become one of the most effective mechanisms for long-term cooperation between Ukraine and the Czech Republic. This approach allows theto unite business, science, communities and authorities around common projects in the fields of energy, defense industry, dual-use technologies and critical infrastructure restoration. The Energoostrov working group, which operates within the framework of UCA and is already conducting active consultations with the communities of many regions, is an example of uniting the efforts of several UCA clusters to improve the resilience of energy infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The participants of the meeting came to a common understanding that the current cooperation is gradually going beyond individual projects and can become the basis of a new platform for strategic partnership between Ukraine and the Czech Republic, which combines industry, science, government agencies and international financial partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Next steps<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As a result of the meeting, the parties confirmed their readiness to further work on joint infrastructure and energy projects, as well as to strengthen intergovernmental and inter-cluster interaction.
