On April 14 the Ukrainian Cluster Alliance (UCA), within the Clusters4Regions project, presents a unique product – the “Best Practices Guide: How Clusters Create Economic Value.”

We selected 17 of the strongest cases from across the country and documented them to reveal the “under-the-hood” mechanics.
